1. The entry point for this contest is via numbmagazine.com solely. Completed entry forms containing all the information will be eligible for participation. Limit one entry per person, per household or email address. No purchase is necessary. Multiple entries will be automatically disqualified.

2. Tampering with the contest entry process will result in immediate disqualification, at the sole discretion of Numb Magazine; this includes acting in violation of the website and the rules and regulations of the contest.

3. The selected winner will be notified by e-mail within 3 business days of the draw. In the event that a selected winner does not comply with these contest rules & regulations, or if a selected winner cannot be contacted within 3 business days of the draw, an alternate winner will be selected from the remaining entries. Decisions of the contest judges are final. No contact or correspondence will be entered into except with the selected winner. All components of the prizes must be accepted as awarded, are non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash.

4. Prizes must be accepted as awarded, with no cash substitution. Prizes are non-transferable. All prizes are awarded "AS IS" and without warranty of any kind, expressed or implied, except as provided by the manufacturer. This contest is open to all, excluding employees or independent contractors of Numb Magazine, its advertising, sponsorship and promotional agencies, persons with whom the above are domiciled and/or members of their immediate families.

5. This Contest is subject to all Federal, Provincial and Municipal Laws and Regulations. Void where prohibited.

6. By entering the contest, the selected winners consent to the use of his or her name and city of residence for publicity purposes solely with respect to this contest, in all mediums carried out by Numb Magazine and its respective advertising and promotional agencies, without payment or compensation.

7. Numb Magazine reserves the right to: (i) substitute any component of the prizes with a prize of equal value; and (ii) terminate or withdraw this contest at any time, for any reason without notice to contest entrants and is not responsible to select a winner on any given day in the event of technical or equipment failures such as telephone network lines failing, computer online systems failing, servers and/or provider services go down, or human error in connection with the draw, etc.

8. Every entrant releases Numb Magazine and its subsidiaries, distributors, employees and agencies of any of the above organizations from any and all liability whatsoever for any injuries, losses or damages of any kind caused by participation in the contest or resulting from acceptance, possession, or use/misuse of any prize.

EVENTS / VENUE giveaways

Tickets will be mailed out to you "Priority Courier" (Canada Post, next day delivery). No signature is required but all packages are tracked to ensure delivery.

You will have 24 hours of notice to respond to our winning notification.
If we do not receive a response, we will go onto the next qualified winner.

Numb magazine is not responsible for cancellation of events/ concerts or loss of prize giveaways after delivered (tickets, wristbands, passes, etc.). The recipient is soley responsible for all transportation and all other expenses to and from the event(s).

In other words, have a good time but if anything happens to you, don't blame us.
